Product Quality You Can Trust

We stand behind the quality of every Wandah product. Every Wandah product is manufactured to meet our quality specifications.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you in accordance with our Refund and Replacement Policy.

Clear and Honest Policies

Because Wandah is a single-user, hygiene-sensitive product, we are unable to accept returns. This policy helps ensure that every customer receives a safe, unused product. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable federal or state law, including rights with respect to defective, damaged, or misdescribed products

We understand this policy may be different from other brands. We want you to know what to expect before you buy, and we are always available to answer questions about our products, policies, and your options before you purchase.

Easy Replacement Process

If something is not right with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wandah.co — and no later than 14 days after the date you receive your order. If a defect is not immediately apparent and you discover it later, please contact us as soon as you become aware of the issue and we will work with you in good faith. Include your name, order number, and a description of the issue. Photos are welcome but not required to initiate a claim. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable federal or state law, including any implied warranty rights that cannot be waived or shortened under applicable law. 

What We Cannot Help With

Our team cannot provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, recommend medications, or advise you on whether Wandah is appropriate for your specific health situation. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider for guidance. If you experience pain, discomfort, or irritation while using Wandah, discontinue use and consult a licensed healthcare provider. 

Our team also cannot advise on the selection, dosage, or use of any prescription or over-the-counter medication. Please consult your pharmacist or healthcare provider.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not contact us for emergency medical assistance.

Your Privacy Matters

We respect your privacy and handle your information with care. Because Wandah is a personal health product, we treat any health-related information you share with us with the highest level of sensitivity.

We do not sell your consumer health data. We collect and use health-related information only with your consent and only as described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. We do not share your health-related information with third parties for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes without your explicit consent.
