Because Wandah is a hygiene‑sensitive, single‑user device, we prioritize customer safety and product integrity. For this reason, we do not accept returns of any kind, whether opened or unopened.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly replace any item that arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

1. No Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Unopened or unused products
  • Orders placed in error
  • Change‑of‑mind situations

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will ship a replacement promptly.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Color preferences
  • Customer order errors
  • Change of mind

Exchanges are only available when a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

4. Replacement Shipping

If your product qualifies for replacement:

  • We cover the cost of shipping the replacement
  • You do not need to return the defective or damaged item unless we specifically request it

5. Final Sale Items

All Wandah products are considered Final Sale due to their hygiene‑sensitive nature.
