- Commercial information, including products viewed, added to cart or wishlist, purchased, returned, exchanged, or considered
- Communications, including information you provide when you contact customer support, submit a replacement claim, respond to a survey, or communicate with us by email, phone, or other means

- Consumer Health Data and other sensitive personal information that you voluntarily provide, including information about a health condition, medical history, medications, symptoms, product experiences, or product use that you choose to share with us
We do not knowingly collect government identifiers, biometric information, precise geolocation, education information, or employment information unless you choose to provide that information to us or the collection is otherwise described at the time of collection.

- Directly from you when you create an account, make a purchase, contact us, submit a replacement claim, provide feedback, or otherwise communicate with us

Summary
What we collect: We collect Consumer Health Data only when you voluntarily provide it, including in customer support communications, replacement claims, surveys, or other interactions in which you choose to share health-related information. We do not collect Consumer Health Data automatically or through tracking technologies.
How we use it: We use Consumer Health Data only to respond to your requests, process replacement claims, improve product safety and quality, and comply with applicable law. We do not use Consumer Health Data for advertising or marketing without your separate, express consent.
How we share it: We share Consumer Health Data only with service providers contractually required to use it solely on our behalf, as required by law, or with your express consent. We do not sell Consumer Health Data. We do not share Consumer Health Data with data brokers or advertising partners.
Sensitive personal information: We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information, including Consumer Health Data, for purposes beyond those described in this Privacy Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Relationship with Shopify
Our Site is hosted and our transactions are processed through Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”). Shopify processes personal information on our behalf as a service provider / data processor.
Shopify’s own privacy practices are described in Shopify’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. Hope Innovations remains responsible for the personal information processed by Shopify on our behalf.
Note: The categories of personal information processed by Shopify on our behalf include: name, email address, shipping and billing address, order history, and payment transaction data (processed but not stored by Hope Innovations). Shopify does not receive Consumer Health Data as defined in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy through standard order processing.
Third-Party Links
The Services may link to third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
Children’s Data
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without verifiable parental consent. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information. We will use information provided for verification only to verify and respond to the request, unless otherwise permitted by law.
You may authorize another person to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law. We may require proof that you authorized the agent to act for you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
You may opt out of promotional email communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any promotional email or by contacting hello@wandah.co. Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send transactional or service-related communications about your orders, account, replacement claims, or other interactions with us.
We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising your privacy rights. This means we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices or rates, provide a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that you may receive a different price, rate, level, or quality of goods or services because you exercised your rights, except as permitted by law.

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you except as necessary to provide the Services you request.

Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to our collection, use, disclosure, or protection of your personal information are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Privacy Policy limits or waives any right or remedy you may have under the mandatory privacy laws of your state of residence, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), the Washington My Health MY Data Act, Nevada's Consumer Health Data Privacy Law, or other applicable state privacy laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
